Meet our team

We are a husband and wife team (software engineer and physical therapist) that set out to help our own physical therapy business run more efficiently and keep our patients at the center of our practice.  The practice management software that we've developed has made our practice better, and this has carried over into our home lives.  

Once we realized how much this system has helped us, we wanted to be able to share it with other physical therapists out there that are looking for the same priorities as us; patient-centered care, good use of time management with our employees and ourselves, easy to use/train and navigate system, easy employee work tracking, quick productivity and point of sales features, and so much more!

Katie Hohman

Co-Founder, Physical Therapist

Katie has been a physical therapist in Florida since 2006.  She had been practicing in outpatient orthopedics until 2009, when she decided to open up a private practice with her husband's help.  She now owns 2 practice locations outside of Orlando, Florida and employees 20+ staff members.  During her 7+ years in private practice, she has overcome struggles with insurance, office operations, employees, productivity and much more.  Katie and her husband found a solution to it all; and they wrote their own practice management software.  

Katie has 2 young boys, which has motivated her even more to help make her business more streamlined and automated.
